Crowded at times, but they do a good job of keeping things moving...... And the cutest curly dark haired girl that works there keeps me coming back in on the weekends for my coffee!
If no stars were an option that's what this Starbucks would get. The absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. The brunette wearing the Starbucks hat with her hair in a bun thank you for being so petty over a glass of ice for my mother in law. The bald jerk in the plaid red shirt wearing his glasses thank you for your horrible customer service after a long wait in line.
When someone doesn't even speak to you and asks you what your order is and just keeps saying next next next before you can complete your order....customer service is probably not the right fit for you. The coffee was sub par and the customer service was horrendous.
Corporate what you need to do is a complete sweep of this store and hire people who actually want to work.
I got lectured on how to order a water when I order the water at the register w my drink.
It is not my fault that your new employee got confused about my order and messed it up because I remember telling her I'm getting a water also and if she decided to ignore what I said or was confused that is not my fault and you seem to have been OK with everyone else asking for a water when their order arrived except for me who you decided to lecture.
I'm the customer and shouldn't be told how to order.
When Starbucks forgets about you and your order...15 minutes of waiting until I had to ask a barista what happened.
So today I went in with my girlfriend and ordered two drinks. My girlfriend got her drink and I was waiting for mine. About 15 minutes later I started seeing people who arrived after me get their drink.
I then asked one of the baristas if they were still making my drink. She looked at me and said oh sorry we are out of that flavor can we make something else for you? Eventually I got a different drink.
So if I didn't ask the barista about my order, I would never have gotten a drink...
At least give customers a heads up about what you ran out of so we don't end up being a forgotten customer.
This Starbucks is the worst! Every time I mobile order they don't have it ready, yes I do understand that it gets busy but when you order 15 ahead of time it should be ready to go. The other day I ordered a grande size cold drink it came out to be a tall size in a grande size cup. Starbucks isn't cheap! Don't get me wrong they have good coffee and staff but people are paying for a great cup of coffee so give them a what they're paying for.
